We offer a range of quality rental options across our three parks: Paxton, Glass, and Lee Road, all located in the scenic area of Vicksburg, MS. Our properties primarily consist of well-maintained manufactured homes, providing affordable and comfortable living spaces for individuals and families alike.

Upward Properties values each tenant and ensures a safe, clean, quiet, and enjoyable community.

• A $20 Credit Check/Application Fee is required for each individual over the age of 18 and is due at the time of submission.
• Each adult occupant must completely fill out an application. All documents must be presented before the application will be considered for approval.
• Applicants are advised to ensure the process is completed on time and to contact the office with any questions or needs.

Important Notes

• NO PETS are allowed.
• The following documents are needed to complete the application process:
• State Issued Identification (all household members 18 years of age or older).
• Social Security Cards for all household members.
• Proof of Incomelast three check stubs (examples: Payroll check stubs, Award Letter for Social Security or SSI, Child Support Benefits, TANF, etc.).
• Applicants are advised to ensure the process is completed on time and to contact the office with any questions or needs.
• Sign the top portion of the Employment Verification & Residency Verification Forms. Forms are to be submitted by Upward Properties Community Managers only.
• A deposit is required to hold a rental unit for you, which will be transferred to your security deposit upon moving in. It is non-refundable if you hold a unit and then change your mind.
